Robert Nash

YOUNGSTOWN — Mr. Robert “Bobby” Nash died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025.

A longtime resident of Youngstown, he is the son of the late Steven G. Nash and Mrs. Wilma (Taylor, Nash, Stokes) Howell.

He enjoyed talking about the Bible and delighted people with detailed baseball stats, including telling them who won the World Series the year they were born. 

Although he was not a Jehovah’s Witness, he enjoyed attending Meetings, especially their Annual Memorial Observance of Jesus Christ’s Death.

Mr. Nash was preceded in death by his brother, Ernest Nash; and he is survived by his sister, Helen Nash; niece, Tameika (Jonathan) Hannah; brothers, George Nash and Elder Stokes; and a host of cousins / friends, including Frank, Ricky Butler, Genice Fountain, Rose Hooks, Robert Ramey and Michael Solomon; and friend, Mr. Gus Lawson.

Private Memorial Services will be 3:30 p.m. (EST) Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025.
