Richard Brian Noel

Richard Brian Noel, born June 2, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on March 22, 2025, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Warren, Ohio.

The son of the late Sylvester Noel and Mary Ellen Kinter Noel, Richard worked as a skilled welder and was known for his strong work ethic and friendly demeanor. Beyond his trade, he led an active life filled with passions that brought him joy. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, spending time fishing, and nurturing his love for animals. A dedicated Marvel movie enthusiast, he enjoyed watching the movies with his son.

He is survived by his son, Jason Bolton of Cleveland; his siblings, James (Beverly) of Cleveland and Daniel Noel of Meadville, Pennsylvania; as well as his sister-in-law, Patricia Noel, and brother-in-law, William Pough. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Thomas Noel and Marie Pough, and sister-in-law, Barbara Noel.

There will be no services or calling hours. Richard’s vibrant spirit and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
