Cameron David Ontko, 33, passed away on March 7, 2026. Cameron was born on March 23, 1992, and was deeply loved by his family and all who knew him.
Cameron had a lifelong passion for sports. He loved both football and baseball, and athletics played a major role in his life. Cameron played college football at Wisconsin and later at Cal Poly. His dedication and talent led him to play professional football in Canada, an accomplishment he was incredibly proud of. Football was more than a sport to Cameron -it was a passion that shaped many friendships and memories throughout his life.
Cameron also had a huge heart for animals, especially his beloved dogs, Mando and Deebo, who were his loyal companions and brought him great comfort and joy.
He held a deep faith in Jesus Christ, which guided him throughout his life and gave him strength and hope.
Cameron is survived by his loving mother, Brenda Boulton, and stepfather, Scott Boulton. He was preceded in death by his father, David Ontko.
He is also survived by his sister, Kayla Yokoyama and her husband, Thomas Yokoyama, and their children, Ava and Owen; his brother, Connor Ontko; his sister, Regina Zarzeczny and her husband, David Zarzeczny, and their children, Alexis, Elias, and James; and his stepbrother, Jimmy Boulton.
Cameron will be remembered for his love of family, his passion for sports, his devotion to his dogs, and the faith that sustained him throughout his life.

Memorial will be held April 4.
Visiting hours will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a memorial service at 2:00 PM at German Central, Main Hall.
